We started because too many Kenyan builds stall. Money goes in, months pass, and the structure is still a shell. Our answer is a different model: we fabricate off-site in our Nairobi yard, show you progress in photos at every stage, and take payment only as each stage is completed. The build cannot stall, and the price cannot creep. That is what we mean by no surprises.
Everything we build is engineered for Kenyan conditions. Every home is lined with thermal insulation so the steel shell never touches your living space, treated against rust to protect the structure for decades, and finished to a standard you would be happy to live in. Because it is modular steel, a Swift Build unit can even be lifted and relocated if your plans change, something a masonry build can never do.
